Additionally, f you've been given any of these specific diagnosis before this program is a perfect fit - degenerative disk disease, facet joint degeneration, bulging disks, scoliosis,  posture-related pain or sciatica, to name just a few.
Can I do the program at home?
Yes, all of the mobility & movements session can be done at home with no equipment. A yoga mat is helpful, but not necessary. The runs can be done outside or on a treadmill, depending on what suits your schedule best!
What if I can't attend the Zoom calls live?
No worries! All Zoom calls will be recorded and made available for you to access at your convenience. You can watch them at any time that suits you best.
My start date isn’t for another few weeks, do I have to wait until then to begin?
No. After you sign up you will receive full access to everything. It’s just the coaching with Robbie doesn’t begin until your start date.
